About Bjorn Copeland
Edition 08 in the ongoing Artist Music Journals series features the work of the Brooklyn based artist and musician Bjorn Copeland, know for both his original collage work and his longstanding tenure as one of the founding members of Black Dice. For his AMJ, Bjorn compiled existing and original collage work, as well as art outtakes from Black Dice records.
Bjorn Copeland has been a member of the New York art and music community for over a decade. After graduating RISD in 1998, Bjorn and his band Black Dice moved to Brooklyn to continue to write and produce. Concurrently, Bjorn continued to refine his unique style of collage, both for Dice related projects as well as for numerous art exhibitions and group shows. Bjorn has shown work around the world, including at Jack Hanley Gallery, Daniel Reich Gallery, Gagosian Gallery, D'Amelio Terras, and around the world.

Soundscreen Design is a product design company inspired by music, based in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, NY. We design, produce, and distribute music related products to both wholesalers and retailers. We aim to advance the concept of music merchandise through meticulous design coupled with a fan's appreciation for and obsession with the 'thing.'
