Goods are shipped by Art Park. You may request to expedite your order and agree to pay for a premium postal or courier service. This must be agreed in writing via email prior to goods being dispatched.
Art Park will endeavour to process your order within 1-3 business days after the binding contract is formed. You will be notified of the status of your order as soon as the payment has been received and the goods are dispatched.
Shipping and delivery times vary depending on the carrier selected. Art Park does not guarantee any delivery times, however, can provide the following estimates, to be considered as a guideline:
Australian Deliveries (Australian Parcel Post)
Approximately 3-4 business days delivery time. Remote locations may take up to 5 days to deliver
International Deliveries (International Airmail)
Approximately 3-7 business days delivery time.
In the unlikely event your package does not arrive after 30 business days, we will take action to trace the delivery, and if deemed lost, Art Park will gladly arrange for replacement of the good(s) with another comparable product(s).
We at Art Park will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our contractual obligations with the conditions described in these terms and conditions, if the delay or failure of delivery has arisen from circumstances or causes beyond our reasonable control.
Postage Charges – Australia
For purchases under $60.00, postage and Shipping for our products is charged at a flat rate of AU$6.00 to anywhere in Australia. For purchases over $60, postage and shipping is free of charge.
You may change our delivery instructions on request; e.g. leave parcel at the back door; however we will not take responsibility if you do not receive it for any reason nor can we track the postal progress of the parcel.
Postage Charges – International
Postage and Shipping for most of our products are charged at a flat rate of AU$20.00 to anywhere in the world up to a weight of 2kg. If you order weighs over 2kg we will contact you regarding the cost of delivery.
For credit card transactions, Art Park adds security by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL, 128 bit encryption) technology. This means that the credit card information you send is encrypted by your computer, and then decrypted again on our side, preventing others from accessing your private information in between. So, when using an SSL capable browser, shopping on Teeluxe’s website is the safest kind of transaction possible with a credit card.
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and for purchases made in Australia include Australian GST (Goods and Services Tax).
Teeluxe reserves the right to amend prices on the site at any time. Despite our endeavor to maintain accurate and correct pricing on the website, there may be mistake(s). If there is a mistake, you will be notified via email before the product(s) are dispatched to you. Shipping charges are not included in the price. The shipping and delivery charge are displayed either on the checkout page or on the Shopping Cart navigation panel once you have nominated a delivery location.
Art Park has no restrictions on the amount of goods that can be exported from Australia.
However, when ordering goods from Art Park for overseas deliveries you may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance are considered outside of our control and Art Park cannot predict the value of what these charges may be. For further information on custom and excise policies in your country, please contact your local customs office. When ordering from Teeluxe you are considered the importer and are therefore responsible to comply with all laws and regulations of the country into which you are receiving the goods.

Art Park is here to help – if you receive any merchandise that you are unhappy with for any reason, simply return it to us within the time frame listed below, in the condition that you received it and we will happily exchange or refund (Refunds not applicable on sale or promotional items). We will also ship your exchange request back to you, fat no charge

If you would like to return your product to us please follow these steps:
- Pack all items with your invoice in a secure carton or reuse the original packaging. Please ensure that all boxed items are securely enclosed in a satchel as we are not able to accept them if damaged.

- Post the items to us
- Once received in our warehouse, we will inspect and process the goods within 24 hours to ensure you receive your exchange/refund as quickly as possible.
- Art Park will then gladly cover the cost of shipping your new product.
Return Terms and Conditions
Art Park returns department operates Monday-Friday. Once your order is received in our warehouse, we will inspect and process the goods within 24 hours. We will inform you by email when your transaction is being processed. Please note that NO Returns or Exchanges can be made in person at the warehouse. Please contact customer service if you have special requirements regarding this.
Please note that if you are wanting to exchange or return boxed goods, they must be returned to Art Park in the original unmarked packaging and in good condition. If the items are being posted back, please ensure you pack them inside a satchel & do not attach anything to the outside of the original packaging. Should the packaging be marked or in unsatisfactory condition there may be a chance that we will not exchange or refund the goods.
For previously purchased items that are now on sale, we will gladly extend a price adjustment to you if the original purchase was within 2 days of the sale offering.
